Goodbye Midjourney! Discover the Top 5 Best FREE AI Art Generator Alternatives || Explore the Midjourney Alternative

Creating artwork on a canvas is a process that requires a significant amount of time and creativity. It takes hours of dedicated work to transform the images in your imagination into tangible masterpieces. However, with the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) or generators, such as the one mid-journey offers, the game has changed. Now, with just a few clicks, anyone can effortlessly produce breathtaking artwork.

But, there's a twist. Mid-journey has transitioned into a paid platform, requiring users to make payments for image creation. However, don't worry, because today we will unveil the top five alternatives to mid-journey that offer free AI art creation. These alternatives will provide you with a wealth of options to explore and unleash your creativity. So, without further ado, let's dive in.

Tool #1: Blue Willow
Blue Willow is an excellent alternative to mid-journey if you're looking to create AI artwork for free. To get started, all you need to do is click on “Try Now Free,” and it will redirect you to Discord. Once in Discord, you can skip the initial steps and click on their agreement to proceed. After that, click on “Finish” to accept their terms and conditions. You will be allowed to start creating artwork after five minutes. Take your time to read through their terms and conditions. Once you have joined one of the rookie servers, you are now able to create your own images. Simply click on the chat box and type “/imagine” followed by your prompt. For example, I am pasting my prompt: [prompt]. It is essential to note that you should add a double hyphen after writing your prompt and then enter your desired aspect ratio, such as 1:1, 4:3, or 3:2. Please note that 16:9 aspect ratio doesn't work in Blue Willow. Once you've entered your prompt, hit the enter button, and Blue Willow will generate four images for you. You can also generate variants of each image by clicking on V1, V2, V3, or V4. V stands for variant, and you can even upscale any image by clicking on “U.” Suppose you want to upscale the second photo, simply click on “U2.” To download the image, click on the image, then select “Open in Browser,” and save the image on your computer or mobile phone.
