I'm confused, if you use huggingface or lang chain to load models locally, there are no network requests made when making queries… only when downloading the packages and model files. So I guess I don't understand the point of private GPT
Great information to have, the potential for fully offline Q&A is amazing, especially the offline vector storage, but the installation process could use some work. You spent so much time on description, but didn't show the actual ingesting process or the Q&A. Trying this on two different computers I had two very different experiences. On one, very much not as easy as you imply. Either way, it's definitely import that people know this exists. Thanks for the info.
